Spacious and well-equipped kitchen - I felt like a master chef whipping up delicious meals with the state-of-the-art dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen. The only thing missing was a live audience applauding my culinary skills!
Poor water pressure in showers.

Lost in the middle of nature, surrounded by rabbits and squirrels, the historic Kingston Estate is a hidden gem in Devon. The extensive gardens are simply majestic, and the Moore and the coast are must-visit attractions. The Great Barn accommodation is perfect for large groups, with spacious bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. Guests can freely explore the beautiful gardens, and the children's play area is a bonus. The offer of free coffees and access to a nearby fitness club adds to the overall experience.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I got great value for my money at Kingston Estate Villa - the room was clean and up-to-date, with lovely bedding provided. The location was stunning, surrounded by beautiful countryside and with plenty of walks and activities nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The breakfast selection could have been better, perhaps with more variety or options for different dietary preferences.

We recently stayed at a hidden gem in the English countryside and were blown away by the beauty of the grounds. The location was peaceful and the gardens were impeccably maintained. The accommodation was completed to a high standard and was very clean. We especially enjoyed the games room and the small pool on-site. The venue is perfect for weddings, with plenty of space for children to roam and a dedicated wedding planner to ensure everything runs smoothly. The staff were friendly and professional, and the food from outside caterers was fantastic. Despite a minor issue with a broken light, the staff quickly resolved it. we highly recommend this venue and can't wait to return.

Love the peaceful grounds of this hidden gem in the beautiful Devon countryside. The small cottage I rented was lovely and ideal for me and my dog. The estate is very dog-friendly too. Staff were helpful and welcoming. The gardens are stunning and guests are free to explore. The children's play area and trampoline were a bonus. Free coffee from the estate coffee house and access to a nearby fitness club were appreciated. The coast is a short drive away.
Would recommend this hotel.

What a treat to stay in this holiday home with a private entrance! The BBQ facilities and garden views were delightful. Free parking and WiFi were an added bonus.
Oh, I just loved how the information about walking areas for dogs was misleading. Who needs a nice stroll when you can drive everywhere?

The facilities at the hotel were fantastic, with a well-maintained indoor swimming pool that my kids absolutely loved. The size of the cottage we stayed in exceeded our expectations, and it was immaculately clean upon arrival. The welcome pack provided was very generous, with some local delicacies and essentials like milk and coffee. The staff were lovely and helpful, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere. The beautiful grounds of the hotel allowed us to enjoy the serenity of the countryside and provided plenty of space for outdoor activities.
Some aspects of the decor in the lounge and bedrooms were a bit tired and grubby, with stained or broken lampshades and chairs that were not in the best condition. the lack of instructions for the cooker operation was a bit inconvenient.

We had a fantastic time at this hidden gem in the Devon countryside. The accommodation was stunning and immaculately presented inside and out. The hot tub and pool were a big hit with everyone, and we loved exploring the beautiful gardens. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby towns like Totnes and Brixham for great days out.
The advertised swimming pool was out of action and there was no communal games room on the estate. it would have been helpful to have a welcome pack with recommendations for local pubs, restaurants, and places to visit.

The location was absolutely stunning, with beautiful grounds to explore and enjoy. the facilities at the hotel were fantastic, especially the indoor swimming pool which my kids absolutely loved. the staff were lovely and welcoming, providing us with a generous welcome pack upon arrival.
There could have been more furniture in the lounge for us to sit on, and it would have been nice to have garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather. the information about walking areas with a dog was misleading, as the roads were narrow and not suitable for walking, so we had to rely on our car for trips.
